This chimney is in need of repointing and it has no lead flashings.
Chimney turned out to be completely ruined through years of neglect and was unsafe, it was removed because it served no purpose.
The flat roofs on these three dormers need renewing.
All three were stipped and renewed with EPDM rubber membrane.
